V.Dragon Recruitment Co., Ltd. organized a training program on the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, together with guidance on anti-corruption compliance, at SC Park Hotel, Bangkok.

The company’s management recognizes the importance of continuously enhancing employees’ skills and knowledge. This training was therefore arranged with the participation of expert speakers, who shared their expertise and practical experience to strengthen employees’ understanding of proper practices in alignment with international standards.

The objective of this program was to promote knowledge and understanding of the RBA principles, which serve as globally recognized standards covering social responsibility, environmental practices, and business ethics. The training focused on five key areas:
